Don't Let Persistence Turn Into a Stubborn Detriment

Greetings and salutations! I'm on location in a coffee shop today because there was some activity at the house, and I needed a stronger coffee than I could have made myself. Today, I'd like to discuss persistence—good old-fashioned stick-to-itiveness. Persistence is an admirable attribute, but it's important not to let persistence turn into stubbornness and become a detriment to the project. Sometimes solutions don't unfold as expected. Sometimes we need help. A good leader, project manager, or scrum master can recognize this and knows how to effectively nudge their colleague in a different direction. My name is Andrew Butters. I'm #OpenToWork. Let's have a conversation.

💼 I’m a great fit for Project/Program Management, Team Lead, Manager, or Director roles.

🌎 I am looking for remote work and have extensive experience working as a virtual employee. I am also eager to work on-site in the Greater Moncton Metropolitan Area (NB) or Amherst (NS).

🖋 I'm a highly creative writer and am a wordslinger for hire. Alternatively, making one of my books a bestseller would help out a lot too.
